You will be given access to our proprietary training and coaching portal where you can create your profile and login credentials. Once inside the portal you will be given access to a self-paced unit-by-unit Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Process Training Course to consume at your own convenience. All of the materials are downloadable as well...so you'll have access to all our Greenbelt training content forever. Soon after starting the course you will be asked to start booking coaching calls (6 calls in total) with your Certified Master Black Belt Coach to help you apply the learning directly to a predetermined business problem. CERTIFICATION MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Certification is a simple process...

1. Complete the assigned training content in the time allotted

3. Your coach will qualitatively assess your proficiency in applying concepts to your business problem during the coaching calls
